Why is the first charge point free?
So you can judge GFO Omni on your own charge point, in real conditions. It stays free for as long as you like. When you add a second, you move to Pro with nothing to set up again: your chargers, RFID cards and history stay in place.
How is the price calculated?
Per charge point, per month. So a charger that charges two cars at once counts as two charge points. The bigger your network, the lower the price of each point. Your quote gives you the exact amount.
Pro or Enterprise: how do I choose?
One organisation? Choose Pro, whatever the size of your network. Several organisations under one account, or specific requirements? Choose Enterprise.
Do I have to commit to a term?
We agree the term with you, based on the size of your network. And you stay free to leave: you can export your data at any time, on every plan. If you leave, moving your chargers to a new server address works the same way as when you joined, remotely where they support it.
