For IT and technical teams at charging networks
Plug it all in. Stay in control.
Your chargers and tools connect to GFO Omni, hosted in France. You decide who can access what. And you stay free to leave.
30-minute video call. We tell you which chargers can be switched over remotely.
Your first charge point is free.
The charger makes the call.
Each charger connects to GFO Omni by itself. There is nothing to open on your network and nothing to install at your sites.
Old or new, your chargers appear in the same list and are managed the same way, day to day.
You know who does what on your chargers.
- Everyone has their own permissions.Pro and Enterprise plans include seven roles to divide up the work. A site owner sees only their own sites.
- Every routine command leaves a trace.Who ran it and the outcome, even when it is denied. The audit log is kept for 60 days by default.
- A second lock at sign-in.Two-factor authentication adds a one-time code on top of the password. Anyone can switch it on for their own account.

Each charger stores the address of its software. To change software, you change that address: remotely for 2.x chargers, case by case for 1.6.

The charger is connected to GFO Omni. To leave, its address is replaced with your next software’s.
To join, we need: your list of chargers, access to their configuration and a contact on your team.
To leave: you export your lists as CSV and pull everything else through the API (Pro and Enterprise plans). Chargers that allow it change address from GFO Omni; the others are changed on site.
Your technical questions.
Where is our data hosted?
In France. The platform, its databases and its logs run on a server in France. The services you connect to it, such as payment or roaming, process their share of the data on their own systems.
Is traffic encrypted?
Yes, for your team and for the API: access is over HTTPS. On the charger side, each charger identifies itself with a registration token. Chargers on 2.0.1 or 2.1 can also present a client certificate, which GFO Omni supports.
Are you NIS2 compliant?
GFO Omni is designed with NIS2 in mind: encrypted access, routine commands recorded in the audit log, two-factor authentication, sessions ended as soon as you block an account. The audit log is kept for 60 days by default. We do not claim any certification.
How does the switch to GFO Omni work?
In four steps. First, we tell you, charger by charger, whether it can be switched over remotely or needs a site visit. Then we agree the dates with you, site by site. Next, each charger receives its new address. Finally, we check that it responds correctly in GFO Omni before moving on to the next site. This support is included in the Enterprise plan. On other plans, if it is part of the project, it is listed in the quote.
