For anyone running EV chargers

A charger that’s down earns nothing.

GFO Omni’s AI maintenance agents watch your chargers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the first fault, they trace the cause and, where possible, fix the charger remotely.

The agents read the logs during the day, too. As soon as a fault appears, they trace the cause and fix whatever can be fixed remotely.

A team, one job each.

A team of AI agents in five roles. None does everything, which is why it all moves so fast.

It observes

It watches every charger around the clock and spots faults, even the ones nobody reports.

It diagnoses

It works out the cause of each fault and says how sure it is.

It fixes

It applies the fix remotely and checks the charger is charging again. If not, it notifies your technician.

It records

It writes down every fault, its cause and what was done. Each morning, it briefs you.

It anticipates

It flags a charger that is starting to struggle before it fails.

A few minutes

to fix a fault remotely, without waiting for a technician to arrive.

What can be fixed remotely.

Most everyday faults can be fixed without sending anyone out, at any hour.

  1. It rejects RFID cards.

    Its card memory is cleared.

  2. The cable is stuck.

The socket is unlocked and the driver can leave.

  3. It shows as free, but won’t charge.

It restarts without interrupting a session in progress.

  4. It has gone silent.

It is pinged remotely, then restarted if needed.

  5. The fault won’t clear.

Charging apps show it as out of service, so drivers don’t make a wasted trip. Your technician is notified.

What it earns you.

Fewer lost sessions.

A charger that’s down earns nothing. Fixed remotely, it’s back within minutes.

Fewer site visits.

A fault fixed remotely means nobody drives out.

Your reputation protected.

Drivers remember a charger that’s down. They return to a network that works.

More availability. Expect to be asked for it.

availability: what public tenders increasingly ask for.

The EU regulation already requires the status of every publicly accessible charge point to be published in real time.

No more digging through logs.

The agents read them for you, day and night. You no longer trace an error back to its source: you read the cause, in plain English.

Your morning briefing

  • 3 faults fixed remotely overnight
  • 1 charger is waiting for your technician
  • All the others are in service

Example from five chargers on the demo network.

Your technician no longer goes in blind.

Before setting off, your technician knows which charger is affected, what has gone wrong and which part is probably to blame.

You stay in control.

You choose what the agents do on their own, what waits for your approval and what they never do. Nothing interrupts a charging session unless you have approved it.

Already have software and a maintenance provider? Keep them. Maintenance plugs in alongside your software and starts by observing, touching nothing.

  • Unlock a socket
  • Restart during a session
  • Delete a charger

Your questions.

Do you work on site?

No. The agents fix remotely whatever the charger and your settings allow. For anything else, your technician goes out already knowing the cause and the likely part.

How much does it cost?

Maintenance is a module, by quote, available with the Pro or Enterprise plan. Keeping your own software? You can also take it on its own, by quote. Your free first charge point doesn’t include it. See pricing

Can an automatic action interrupt a session?

No, unless you allow it. Restarting a charger mid-session always waits for your approval, and one click is all it takes.

Are my chargers compatible?

Yes, old and new alike. Faults are spotted on every charger. What can be fixed remotely depends on the model, and your network diagnosis tells you, model by model.

Let’s see what your chargers say.
